Guns Listing ID: 327977 A lightweight and hard-hitting lever-action rifle, this Marlin 1895G is a popular choice for professional hunting guides. It is chambered in 45-70 Govt and utilizes a 4-shot tubular magazine. The stock is crafted from black walnut and features cut checkering, a ventilated recoil pad, and a tough Mar-Shield finish. The solid-top receiver, 18" barrel, and other metal surfaces are deeply blued. Other features include side ejection, hammer block safety, and swivel studs. This ported "guide gun" model is "JM" stamped and has a Lyman peep sight added. It is in very good condition.
