Offering a Richmond Va Confederate Sharps carbine serial #2518. Mechanically fine but does shows the expected wear and tear from hard battle use . The lower forearm stock piece might have been a old replacement as these were made about breaking but was period either way . Has the Richmond pinch sight on the end of barrel and marked Richmond Va . Brass fitted butt plate and brass barrel band. Text book example .
