Here is the western movie classic carbine in .44-40. Made in 1909, this carbine still functions fine. I just shot it this last weekend and the function- loading, firing, ejecting worked fine. The bore is only so-so, probably a 5-6 on a 1-10 scale. If it were a gun I was keeping I'd probably have it relined though the accuracy would be fine for most cowboy action shooting events. Gumwood stocks with some dings. Action has been cleaned and has no original finish. Lettering is still good and it has the correct carbine sights. No, it's not museum quality but it is still a Winchester in the classic western movie configuation and shootable. Shipped and insured for $50 to your ffl or C&R.
