Description:
9mm Luger; 90% blue, 80% straw, Good bore, very good grips, 4'' barrel, Original blue finish and matching checkered walnut grips. Stamped on top of the toggle with the large crown over ERFURT and on top of the chamber with the date 1914. Standard Erfurt and Imperial proofs. The metal finish shows light wear with some handling marks on the grip straps. The sideplate shows some thinning of the finish. The grips show light handling with sharp checkering. Mechanically fine with a clean strong bore showing light frost throughout. The holster is WWII Vintage and is stamped 1943 on the back. The magazine is original, however, someone has replaced the wooden part on the bottom of the magazine. This gun was brought back from Germany after WWII. It has a book titled "Adolf Hitler". Inside the book are numerous signatures of American soldiers, their unit and where the soldiers are from.
