We offer you a “CUSTOM” Remington Model 700 rifle chambered in .280 Remington Ackley Improved with dies and brass.
The build started with a Remington model 700 BDL rifle. The action was trued and an adjustable trigger was installed. A 22” Pac-Nor stainless match barrel was fitted and chambered in 280 Ackley improved. The barreled action was then fitted to the fiberglass stock as shown. On top it wears a set of Talley bases and rings. It comes with a set of Redding dies and 49 pieces of fire formed and prepped pieces of Norma brass. They have been trimmed, chaffered and are ready to load. The rifle was used on a couple of hunts then put away in a gun safe due to deteriorating health. As shown the rifle weighs in right at eight pounds. The package is in very fine condition with several surface scuffs on the metal. This rifle cost 1.6K to build with the work being performed by very competent Gunsmiths.
