Description:
The Colt Frontier Scout P series were introduced in 1962 with a painted or dipped coating on the frame. This finish was not as durable as blued finishes and were subject to damage. This specimen is in pretty good shape. This model was also fitted with the "Staglite" synthetic grips which resemble real stag horn. The 'P' series production ended in 1971 with about 68,000 produced. .22 Long Rifle
