SOLD A fine made 1853 .65 cal. musket smooth bore with a blued 32" barrel nd a clean bore. A faithful copy of the English original, and the blued percussion lock works good also with markings of a Crown and RGM Udaipur, and the barrel has profuse proof markings, for black powder and the number 12 or 12 ga. The teakwood srock is very clean, and this fine gun has a nipple protector like the oroginal, and steel ram-rod and fabric/leather sling again like the original.India has been making guns for the English Empire since the 18th century, like the Brown Bess, Enfield 1853, Enfield MK I .303 bolt action, Enfield Mk IV .303 bolt action and the list goes on....Overall a solid safe gun to shoot. Check my inventory for unusual and rare gun parts and other items. I work hard to find unusual items, and try to keep the price affordable. My descriptions are what I see, good , bad, ugly, etc. when listing. Rarely do I miss something in listing.
