Description:
SOLD A rugged reputation CVA Mountain Rifle, with a serial #0067580, .50 cal., 31 1/2” octagon barrel with a lightly oxidized bore. The barrel shows a light browning with toning to pewter while the lockplate retains good color case-hardening, and comes with open sights, rear like a rocky mountain type and are present. The dual spur iron triggerguard remains in-the-white, as do the steel butt and toeplates, and will brown with age and handling. The hardwood stock has been stained a walnut-tone, with a German silver patchbox. Equipped with double set triggers, the lock is dual-acting, ser triggers, and they function properly.
