SOLD A rare to find Belgian Meyers Pepperbox that appears to e complete externally, and when the trigger is ;pushed forward it will erakly work in double action, with athe hammer coming back and dropping. cylinder even indexes mosr of the time, but needs work to strengthen the action. Has baf shaped hardwood grips in very good complete condition . The side cartridge gate is very unuique and works well with a strong external spring. The original nickle plating is about 98% complete. The caliber appears ro be 7.55mm or about .32 cal.The barrel is 2" long.Made during the 1840's thru the 1850's . These pin fire peppers boxes by Meyers are very rare when you find them.Overall would make a good display or tinker to make it tight. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting. To buy a gun from me you must get a direct email for me, with details, and shipping cost.
