H. HALL/H. FERRY/U S/1826”. All original and complete including the ramrod. Identical conversion pictured on pages 318 and 319 of Dr. John Murphy’s book “CONFEDERATE RIFLES AND MUSKETS”. Excellent condition with much original browned finish on metal and the original finish on the wood. Old minor re-glued hairline along the left side of receiver and a few very small storage dings give evidence of use. Has an excellent bore with very crisp rifling and is in perfect working order.
