Description:
For your consideration, a Springfield 1903 chambered in .30-06. The action dating to 1925 is fitted with a '44 dated barrel and is mounted in a "scant" style stock. The stock bears the AAO cipher of an inspector at the Augusta Arsenal. A Lyman globe front sight and Redfield rear aperture sight replace the original sighting hardware which is not present. .30-06 Springfield
