Description:
1934 REMINGTON MODEL 34 .22LR TUBE FED BOLT ACTION RIFLE. Serial number crisply struck on receiver with barrel date code of "EC"(Oct. 1934). These were made only from 1932-35. Original tapered 24" barrel with excellent bore and rifling. Has original front sight and correct factory Lyman rear Model 55R rear adjustable missing peep part to it. Safety in good working order as is original brass tube magazine fed plunger also in working order. Some surface crud mixed with old oil/grease will clean up nicely with NO pitting or corrosion. Original bolt works nicely as well. Original smooth steel buttplate with some surface crud as well but again should clean up well. Stock is original with no cracks or anomolies and never been sanded with traces of original varnish fading with old use and very few dings. Honest vintage plinker that with some TLC will rehab nicely especially since it has such a nice bore.
