Made on a stout #2 frame, this 12ga gun made originally with 32" barrels, splinter forend, double triggers, capped pistol grip buttstock and original Dogs Head buttplate. The gun has light zig zag border engraving and point pattern checkered stocks. Barrels have been mono-blocked by noted NC Gunsmith Steve Parries of Mt. Airy.
Overall, this gun remains in very good condition. Retains about 20% original case color. Barrels retain nearly all of their custom blued finish. Bores are bright and shiny. The stocks are sound with minor handling marks and hunting bumps. There is a small, near invisible repair at the toe. Mechanics are fine. Hammers are crisp and tight.
