Description:
Originally made in 1878 as a Grade 1 12ga gun on a #2 frame with 32" damascus barrels, this gun has been customized in to a fascinating double rifle.  Made with wedge fastened forend, double triggers, extractors, capped pistol grip buttstock, and full steel buttplate.  Gun is border engraved with light flourishes of scroll as seen in the photos.  Now with sling swivels.  Barrels with 3 folding leaf sights and ramp front sight.  The barrels are quite heavy and stout- most impressive!!!

The gun remains in fine custom condition with barrels having been restored and rifle inserts permanently installed- a very professional job!  The action has been blued, locks are bright as are hammers.  Stocks are sound and retain most of an older restored finish.  Gun is tight and mechanics are fine.

This great oddity is priced at $2895 plus shipping directly to your door as an antique.  Please dont hesitate to call me at (704) 280-2382 or via PM on this site with any questions or reasonable offers.
