Description:
Marlin model 39 with star tang. Extra Fancy walnut pistol grip butt stock and forearm with factory deluxe checkering on both butt stock and forearm. octagon barrel. Lyman tang sight as well as folding two leaf rear sight and bead front sight. Very brite bore with strong rifling. Metal shows plenty of case colors on the receiver, and the barrel has most of the original blue. The stock and forearm have 90% original finish with assorted dents and scratches typical of the age of the gun. Nice colectable antique lever gun in respecable condition, at a fair price.
