Description:
This is a nice older Remington UMC, possible Model of 1912, pump action rifle in .22 long rifle. The blued barrel and receiver are in good condition for a 100+ year old rifle. The earliest patent stamping is 1909 and the latest is 1912. The 24" blued octagon barrel is good with sharp clear rifling in its bore, but really needs cleaning. The blue curved trigger is firm with a crisp release. This Remington pump action rifle has a very short throw to activate the action. This Remington rifle could be a shooter with some needed attention to the bore. The rifling is clearly there. With a little work this Remington UMC rifle could be more than a wall hanger or collection piece. .22 Long Rifle
