This pistol appears to be unfired, in exceptional condition for a 100 year old firearm. Only made 1919 - 1924 when production was stopped with the treaty of WW I. Ortgies were made with German quality. magazine. is 6 shot. This pistol must have been refinished at some point in it's life. If so it was High Quality Work. Pistol looks almost new and the original factory wood grips with the Ortgies Emblem on each side are excellent for age. Right grip has 3 notches carved in it, for what reason I have no idea, but a great conversation piece. A nice soft case and Ortgies Manual, { not authentic} come with it.
