Description:
28 inch octagon barrel with a bright excellent bore. The barrel retains about 95% original blue with sharp Remington Arms Co. address and “32 W” cartridge designation. The action retains vivid case-hardened colors having some muting along the tangs with the buttplate having nearly all original vibrant case-hardening colors as well. The smooth walnut buttstock and Schnabel forend with ebony tip insert remain in near excellent condition retaining almost all of their original varnish. The original sporting sights are intact. The action is crisp and tight. This is a lovely No. 2 chambered for a desirable center-fire cartridge.
