This Colt D.A. 38 is the New Army & Navy revolver, the civilian version of the gun that the military adopted in 1892. It was made in 1905, but note that by 1905 they were made to accept .38 Special as well as the original .38 Long Colt. This colt features a 4.5 inch barrel and its original grips.
