Description:
Reintroduction in 1983 of the 1950 .44 Target pistol. Following is from Supica: 4,875 of the 6 1/2 inch were manufactured. Produced with Goncalo Alves target stocks on a 10 groove tang. Issued with wide target trigger and hammer. This example is almost new in the box with the original tools, model papers, and a receipt for an action tune in 1990. The tune is adequate; I think minimal work was done. The crane is very stiff, and the overall condition of the cylinder and forcing cone suggests to me that it has been shot very few times. The bluing is a beautiful deep polish, and the stocks have a nice grain to them.
