Webley & Scott Model 700 12 Gauge with 28" IC/M dovetail lump ejector barrels with 2 3/4" chambers, concave game rib, and excellent bores. Bores remain in proof measuring .730 on the right and .728 on the left. Choked .010 [IC] on the right and .024 [M] on the left. Silver front bead. Reciever has gone silver with 40% coverage typical Webley scroll engraving. Double triggers. Splinter forend wih Anson release. 14 3/4" LOP to a striated wood butt. DAC - 1 3/8" DAH - 2 3/16" Weighs in at a sveldt 6lb 3oz This is a nice British game game from 1965 by an iconic British maker . Priced to not break the bank. It has been used but not abused. It is tight and on face and totally in proof. Has two holes in the bottom rib and a filled hole in the buttstock near the vacant stock oval from previous sling mounting. Barrel and trigger guard blue remain at 96%, stock finish at 92%, and checkering at 94%
