Description:
This Colt Model M 1911 A1 U.S. Army is a right hand semi-auto pistol in .45 ACP Cal. It has a 5 inch barrel with a rear serrated slide. A serrated Partridge blade front sight and an Elliason adjustable notch rear sight. The grip panels are a diamond checkered walnut. Originally produced in 1944 it was selected for an upgrade to a National Match and was fitted with a Colt numbered slide to match the frame. It has a Colt 7790314 slide, 7267718/NM bushing and a NM 7267717 barrel. .45 ACP
