Description:
This is a brand new custom built rifle for the serious shooter with long range shooting and hunting in mind. 2.5 year build time because it got sent to multiple gunsmiths that specialized in different parts of the build. One of a kind build!
Receiver: Montana Model 1999 (Long Action)
Barrel: Bartlein, 1:7 Left Hand Twist (Can easily stabolize the larger grain bullets.) 26" M24-M40 Taper. Chamber Runout of 0.0001"
Caliber: 6.5x284 Norma (This caliber was designed with 1000meter competitions in mind. However, it is an excellent round for long range big game hunting.)
Trigger: Jewel Trigger with adjustable pull weight from 1.5oz-3.5lbs. The trigger is completely adjustable for pull weight, over travel, and sear engagement while in the rifle without the need for its removal from the stock.
Stock: McMillan A-TH with custom camo design. This stock has a heavy fill, an adjustable height cheek comb with easy to use large knurled locking knob. It has a Limbsaver Buttpad, multiple Flush Cup/QD sling mounts, a 4.25" forward mounted Atlas Bipod Rail with 5 usable picatinny rail slots. The stock features a flat bottomed forend for shooting off of rests, textured finger grooves along the side of the forearm for position shooting, as well as a rear recessed cutout for use with a rear shooting bag. There is also the addition of a textured area within that cutout for bracing the rear of the stock with your non-firing hand. The stock was professionally pillar bedded to include the bottom metal. Immaculate bedding job!!!!
Scope Base: EGW Precision 1pc rail with a 20moa taper.
Scope Rings: Spuhr Mount (Mdl SP-4001) 34mm, with a ring height of 30mm/1.18". Built in Leveling Bubble and built in Scope Leveling Shelf (tool included).
Scope: Revic PMR 428 Smart Riflescope This scope is a first focal plane scope and features the MOA RT1 Reticle. It has a variable power from 4.5-28, an objective lens of 56mm, and has a 34mm main tube. It has an elevation adjustment range of 85moa + 20moa in the rail, a windage adjustment range of 50moa, and has 30moa of travel per turret revolution. The battery compartment doubles as a throw lever, and changing magnification on the scope does not rotate the scope caps!
Scope Smart Features: This scope contains an internal ballistics computer with digital readout, and sensors that calculate atmospheric conditions. It has an internal HUD Display that you can customize it's location within the scope's view, as well as it's brightness setting. There are 9 brightness settings for the reticle as well as the option of changing its color when the reticle is illuminated. Reticle color options include Red, Green, White, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow,and Blue. This scope also features a digital leveling bubble inside the scope within the shooters view.
