Here's a rare gun ! Not sure how many the N.R.A. Ordered but I know it wasn't that many ! Serial number 118551. This is a number matching gun . With 100 percent original and correct Springfield parts . Correct SA Type 11 barrel. Bore and mechanics are Excellent Plus Condition. Gun locks up tight and is in Excellent working condition. Most all of its solid blue remaining thinning in some areas due to use . It's hard enough to find a WW1 1911 Springfield in any condition. To find one with all the original parts is a task of time !
