For sale is a unique Model 700. The triple duece is actual a more common cartridge than you might expect. Several countries have regulations against private ownership of weapons chambered in "military calibres." Please wait while I roll my eyes back to the front of my skull. Nevertheless, several companies still make factory loads, and I have a set of LE Wilson dies included in the sale. Also included in the sale is a Leupold Model 8 fixed 6 power scope. It is drilled and tapped for a rear sight, which shows no sign of a sight ever being attached. To my understanding this example was made prior to a rear sight being standard. Further, I believe it was made sometime during the 80s. The wood grain is unremarkable, but the condition of the finish and bluing is immaculate. The skipline checkering is perhaps the most notable element of the rifle. It is extremely well done.
