Description:
According to the serial number and Browning’s records this shotgun would have been manufactured in 1968 with a serial number ending in “S8”.
This Shotgun is in Very Good Condition and does have wear from being shot and used.
The Finish is in Very Good- Excellent Condition with some small scratches to the bluing. There is a moderate scratch at the top rear of the receiver. (Pictured) The right hand side of the receiver has two small spots of light surface rust that have been cleaned. (Pictured) There is some wear to the checkering on the tops of the vent ribs as well.
The Stock is in Very Good Condition with light scrapes and scratches to the finish. There are no visible splits or cracks in the wood. There is a small gouge to the stock and the forearms on both barrels have some light scrapes and gouges from being handled and shot. (Pictured)
The Bore is in Very Good- Excellent condition. There is some light wear to the bores from being shot but all four still shine bright and clean.
The two barrel sets are a 26” set with a Cylinder Bore & Improved Cylinder Choke and a 32” set with a Full & Extra-Full Choke.
LOP is approximately 14.5”
Comes with the Original Case and keys, paperwork, and telegram from Browning.
