Purchased this georgous Colt Python new in 1967. I am the original owner. I've fired 12 rounds, cleaned and has been in my humidity controlled safe since then.
This weapon is pristine and, in my opinion 99%.perfect.
It’s a high polished nickel, 4” barrel and frame.
Barrel has a ventilated rib with a full-length under lug and an adjustable rear sight for elevation and wind age.
The barrel bore is excellent with strong rifling
The hammer spur is wide and knurled.
Grips are matched Walnut with gold medallion and in equally excellent condition.
The action is smooth and positive.
Caliber is .357 Magnum
A wooden Colt case along with my original letter from Colt included.
