Description:
Fantastic little 28 gauge O/U by Abbiatico & Salvinelli, known as their Jorema Model. Full sidelock ejector gun was built in 1978 has 26 - 3/4" demi block barrels with very low profile ventilated matted top rib. The action is beautifully engraved in a superb rose and scroll pattern by Bruno and signed on trigger plate. Gun made with single trigger, auto ejectors, auto safety. Full length cast off rolled trigger guard. Beautiful European walnut straight grip buttstock and forend with great figure as seen in the photos. Game forend with gold A&S crest and Anson release. This fine gun is housed in its original makers leather case with cleaning rod, accessories, oil bottle, striker pot and snap caps.
Overall, this gun remains in superb near mint original condition with only minute handling marks. The gun has been fired very very little and appears near new in every regard. Mechanics are crisp and bores are brilliant and shiny. The gun is tight and on face as expected for a near mint gun. Gun was recently inspected and measured by noted gunsmith, Mitch Schultz and is in perfect working order in every regard.
