This is a rare grouping that came from an estate the Hoarstmann & Allen four buttons are minty with gold wash still intact, The cuff is extremlyperiod with most being hand sewn, all the shanks are intact on the buttons ,one has a slight depression that I feel shows its age,there is a tiny ,tiny bit of mothing if you look extremly hard. This set was worn by I believe SOUTH CAROLINA militia. I realize Horstmann & Allen shipped items to the south even during the war, and these are period peices.
