SOLD SOLD SOLD This is a very nice example of a 1909 Argentine rifle made by DWM of Germany. All parts with the exception of the cleaning rod have matching serial numbers. Who would even think of putting a serial number on a cleaning rod? In any case it has a nice good bore with strong rifling. The wood has some fiddleback figure. It has the usual minor dings and scratches for a 100+ year old military arm. Some case colors are also present. These guns were much in demand for conversion to sporting rifles as they have a hinged floor magazine platewith the release in the trigger guard. As a result, they are not a common as many military arms.
