In the mid-1870s, an Austrian General, Alfred Ritter von Kropatschek began to develop a tubular magazine and cartridge lifter design in affiliation with Steyr Mannlicher. This system married the Vetterli’s tube magazine with a number of modern bolt actions. By the 1880s, a number of nations had adopted or refitted their existing rifles with Kropatschek’s under barrel tube magazine system. The overall condition is very good. Nice blue finish. The action is excellent. The bore is in nice shape with strong rifling. The stock is nicely grained, smooth, and solid. Own the original! This is a legitimate antique and not a reproduction. Barrel is 32 inches. Caliber: 8mm KROPATSCHEK Overall condition as seen in photos. Very Fast. Very Safe. FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. Delivered directly to your door by express mail!
