This Winchester Model U.S. Rifle M1 Garand is a semi-auto rifle in .308 Win. Cal. It has been rebarreled to .308, has a 308 feed ramp and refinished. The barrel is 24 inches. A blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable aperture rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two piece hardwood. Serial Number 2357096 (1943). Barrel is stamped 308 WIN 9 03 .308 Winchester
