CIVIL WAR, ROBERT MOLE BIRMINGHAM PRODUCTION CONFEDERATE SWORD
Primarily imported by George Tennant of South Carolina, swords manufactured by Robert Mole of Birmingham were brought into the Confederate States for use by both the Army and Navy. The famous Enfield pattern cavalry saber that were imported for use by Confederate cavalrymen. The weapon measuring 36 inches overall, had a gently curved single fuller blade, a square-backed spine, and rounded pommel with steel backed checkered leather grips. The sword is completely unmarked which insured if captured they would escape the wrath of Lincoln who let Europe know helping the CSA would be considered an act of war. (President G Bush did the same 150 yrs later). This beauty has a nice full-length blade with a wonderful even patina look all over. The iron hand guard and backstrap are still present and they are tighter than your crazy uncle on New Years Eve. All of the iron parts still have that untouched smokehouse look that collectors hope for. The handle of the sword has the original pressed leather grip on each side that is as nice as you will ever find. The sword is accompanied by a complete and original metal scabbard with both mounts, rings, drag shows age but in great shape. 

BEAUTIFUL AND EXTREMELY RARE ORIGINAL CSA ENLISTED TROOPS BLANKET
This is an Awesome and super rare Original Civil War personal item. The classic style that was used by Battlefield soldiers for warmth, These are seldom seen, especially in this condition because almost all of the were worn out and thrown away. The blanket itself displays beautifully and is constructed of the woven material with the plaid designs. It has the greenish brown tone material with the well worn look. Around the edges it has the fringe detail work. The blanket measures approximately 63 inches by 62 inches including the fringe. As you can see it has some light wear but is as nice as you could ever hope for. As you can see, it displays quite well from all angles. This piece of history came from the museum like personal collection of Mathew Woodburn.

AUTHENTIC CONFEDERATE CIVIL WAR  ARKANSAS TOOTH PICK
.5" blade length. 12" overall length. Arkansas "toothpick" boot knife with leather scabbard. Blade has a center ridge to both ends, with a brass crossguard, curled quillons, and a wood grip. Fine condition. Blade is well kept and especially sharp for its age. Blade has some mottled discoloration. Brass hilt is faded. Wood handle has some losses as well as a crack that appears to be fixed with an adhesive. Leather scabbard is also well kept, but has some discoloration.
