Superb Pre War Winchester 70 in .30 GOV'T. '06 (30-06). S/N 20*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1938. 24" Barrel. 98%-99% Blue and Varnish. Early polished carbonum blued receiver. Undrilled rear receiver bridge.
Beautiful honey colored wood usually seen only on the early rifles. Bore and mechanics are excellent.
