Description:
Serial #945, .38 S&W, 3 1/4" barrel with a good, bright bore that has mild freckling within the grooves. This is a nice looking little top-break revolver that has retained about 85-90% of the original nickel finish, with the balance flaked to a lightly freckled pewter gray patina. The trigger guard retains some of the original blue on protected areas, and the original color case-hardening can still be seen on the hammer and trigger. The checkered black, hard rubber grips are in excellent shape, and have some small handling marks and mild wear evident. There is a small amount of lateral play in the barrel, but the action is fully functional. This is a very good little revolver overall, from a fairly obscure maker. FFL or C&R
