CARL TELCH 16 GAUGE AND 43 MAUSER CAPE GUN WITH SIDELOCKS AND REBOUNDING HAMMERS
This is a nice early cape gun in 16 ga and 43 Mauser or 11.15x60 Mauser. The action is very nicely engraved fully covered in oak leaf a nice buck on 1 side and a doe on the other. It is a underlever gun that locks up real tight the lettering and engraving on the barrels are silver enlayed and the barrel looks as though it was recently blued. The stock is nice and doesn’t look like it has been redone with a nice steel butt plate and horn trigger strap.. $1950.00 plus shipping. Call Bud at 509-465-8406 for more pictures or information. The 11mm Mauser was a black-powder cartridge developed for the Mauser Model 1871 rifle, and used later in the 71/84 variant. It is no longer in production, however it is available from custom loaders (Buffalo Arms) and handloading can be done to replenish spent ammunition. Wikipedia
