Description:
Serial #45205, .45 Colt, 5 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a very handsome revolver that has retained 95-97% of the original bright blue finish with some gray fading at the muzzle, and silvering along the high and exposed edges. The trigger and hammer retain a commensurate amount of original fire blue, and there is a moderate turn-ring on the cylinder. The walnut grips are in fine shape, with scattered minor handling marks and blemishes in the original finish. The lock-up is tight and the action functions flawlessly. This is a splendid, excellent example of a highly desirable Colt military DA revolver, and would make a great addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
