Description:
This a Model 17 no dash, 4 screw diamond grip revolver converted to the .224 Harvey K Chuck. There were probably 330 or less of these handguns built. 300 hundred of them were roll stamped with the caliber above the original caliber on the barrel as this one is by the company that bought the rights to the cartridge from Jim Harvey and his partner. This original pistol was manufactured by Smith and Wesson in 1958 in 22 long rifle. The cartridge is a modified 22 hornet that is fire formed in the chamber. This revolver is in excellent condition in and out. Check the pictures and ask questions. Also google the .244 Harvey K Chuck for more information on the cartridge.
