Description:
.44 caliber, 8" round barrel,  roll engraved six shot percussion cylinder, case hardened frame, lever, and hammer.   Walnut grip bearing the U.S. inspector's cartouche on the left side.   In exceptionally high original condition with the barrel and cylinder retaining most of the original blue and cylinder has a near perfect scene.  Vivid case colors on the frame and lever.  The grips are nearly perfect as is the cartouche.   The original obverse polish is present on both sides of the front sight and in the fluted area of the barrel.   Appropriate inspector's stamps are found through out the revolver.   All matching numbers.  This is one of the best examples I have seen and very rare in this exceptional condition.
