This Remington Rand was produced in 1945. This pistol's serial number is 2140093. This is a correct late production Remington Rand. It has the correct Flannery Bolt Co. barrel chambered for the 45 A.C.P. military cartridge. This barrel retains almost all of the original bluing. The bore is sharp with very light frosting. The pistol's parkerizing finish is almost 100% intact. There is a light drag line from slide stop installation and a small area of trigger rubbing against the trigger housing. That is pretty much the only Parkerized finish loss. The minty blued magazine is by General Shaver Division. This magazine has the unusual correct welded back spine. The grips are the correct grips for this Remington Rand. These grips are in near new condition. This pistol shows hardly any use or wear! The action was handled lightly and show no real use or slide wear. This is a very high condition example of Remington Rand's pistol production that any collector would be happy to have in their collection! Search for hlvfineguns on google for more details.
