Selling off some of my plinkers , here's a Winchester model 62 takedown , little pump that shoots shorts, longs, long rifle no problem. Built for 26 years , they were introduced in 1932 along with the hammerless model 61. Some lean years, heard it retailed for $17.85 considering some men with jobs earned $1.00 a day it was kinda pricey . This little gal was Mfg’d in 1935 so she's in pretty good shape after 86 years. The model 62 pre war models had ten grooves in forearm and the post war 62a had 15. Sights I believe are original, I've owned this rifle for at least 35 years , mostly hung on the wall of my gun room as I'd thought I needed all their models. Well I'll ask $825.00 shipped through Post Office to the lower 48 insured to your C&R or FFL. I'd need a cashiers check or postal money order.
