Description:
Colt Single Action Army 3rd Generation Model P1746 chambered in 44 Special, SA44348 manufactured and this is a GUESS between 1980 and 1981. Features 4 3/4"” barrel with walnut grips
Comes with a Colt box, which is numbered to the gun. The box show the usual wear from opening and closing. Standard storarge wear. All paperwork is visible in the pictures
The gun is exactly as you see it This is a listed as a "Used" gun although it looks like NEVER FIRED. The cylinder has been turned. There were snap caps in the chambers. You can see a faint turn line in one of the pictures. This is a guess. The gun was purchased, never fired. Maybe fondled some, but again. It is exactly as you see it. It is obvious the cylinder has been turned and the hammer back. We think the estate had this particular piece for a possession then went to inventory. Box shows some wear to edges and hinges.
This came from one of five (5) seperate estates of an FFL/SOT Gun Smith, Gun Stores. This is or was inventory. This is or was part of the collection. Please check the pictures to check condition. There will be countless other listings from this inventory over the next 4 to 5 years. We are selling for the each. We did NOT buy out.. This is NOT a liquidation.
