This rifle looks original , appear's never to have been sanded. Shoots dead on , like new condition. Holds 10 rd's loaded through right side of stock after releasing magazine tube from butt stock which has a unchecked pistol grip. Winchester's first 22 auto shooting only the long rifle. Built on the 1903 design which shot the 22 auto special round. 174692 were built some early ones sported a 20" barrel, this rifle has the 23", no extra holes, looks to be factory sight. This rifle will consistently hit soda cans at 50 yd's.
