Description:
Early 1st model with the thumbprint dust cover. 28 inch octagon barrel with full length mag tube. Sights include the "1876" marked folding rear sight. Checkered pistol grip deluxe wood in fine condition. Sharp checkering and 3x grade wood. Very attractive with a rifle style buttplate. Mechanics are crisp and tight. Barrel and mag are a plum/brown with good traces of blue. Receiver is mostly a nickel color. This is a fine looking classic 1876 Winchester. Comes complete with a Factory Letter.
