Description:
This is an original 1877 US Springfield Carbine with the C on the right rear sight. It retains over 30% finish with very good mechanical function, 45-70 caliber. The bore is very good bright and shiny with strong rifling. The serial number is 111008 with 3 piece cleaning rod in the butt. No cracks or damage to the wood and no Cartouche on the wrist. Only 2946 made.
