20-1/4" X 2" Widest Point - Leather straps 29-1/2 inches. Crow Indian wood quirt with lighting bolt design. Heavily brass tacked, old commercial leather strips. A color of light blue trade beads. The paint colors are red and green made from natural pigment from plants, minerals and other sources. The wrist strap is Indian tanned deer skin.
