Rare Navy arms model 73, in 22 long rifle. Made in Italy in 1974... high quality 20" barrel carbine, replica 1873. The lever action works flawless, feeds fires and ejects. Brass carrier lifter, Nice bore. Has a sliding dust cover, locking lever, combination buckhorn ladder rear sight, loading port sliding door on mag tube, and a sliding door in the butt plate for cleaning rod storage. Very heavy extremely well made 1873 replica with exceptional fit and finish. Minor handling marks only, and very nice, as the pictures show..These came into the USA in small numbers, and are far and few between. Barrel is stamped "navy arms, Ridgefield NJ made in Italy" and "Mod 73 cal 22 LR"
