* Weatherby Southgate custom ordered 1903 Springfield * Rechambered in .300 Weatherby Magnum - 24" barrel * Rare California Mesquite Stock , now considered a rare wood.
* Soft Weatherby’s pad original to the era with "white line” * Mesquite “diamond” grip cap with wood spacer (not plastic) - Bate’s or Mews flair to it.
* Forend tip is 45 degrees - wood spacer early long round tip correct for the era * Checkering - Bates pattern possible done by Bates or Mews as it is as close to perfect!
* Finger inletted at the tang * Lyman mid base - Redfield front sight with hood - removable Redfield rear peep “hunter” model without target clicks.

*This Weatherby rifle is 95 percent (few small dings on the cheek piece and bolt handle is a little plum), inletting 100%, high polish blue 99%
* Not many 1903's were made by Weatherby - mostly custom ordered by talking to old Weatherby employees, this being stocked in mesquite makes it especially rare

**** Opinion on who built this beatiful rifle, by the finger at the tang and the checkering there is a good chance Bates built this rifle.

Inspection Period:
We do not warranty items. Used firearms typically do not carry any manufacturer’s warranty. We have a 3-day return policy on complete firearms ONLY. The Firearm must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was shipped. Please contact us within |5
/5| days of your FFL receiving the firearm (as recorded by the shipping tracking number). No returns will be accepted after the |5
/5|-day period. If a return is authorized by us, the buyer is responsible for all cost of the return shipping, to include full value insurance.
An Inspection consists of external examination only; working the action by hand, checking the bore and having the headspace checked by a gunsmith. No further disassembly is permitted. This includes but is not limited to turning any screws or removing any pins, etc. The inspection period does not include test firing the firearm. If the Buyer fires the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final and no return will be permitted.
Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, insurance and any applicable sales tax. Shipping cost is a flat $__________, including a new hard rifle case, full Insurance and signature confirmation. Merchandise will ship within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation/payment clearance. Personal checks will take 4-7 business days to clear.
Firearms must be shipped to an FFL Holder. The winning is responsible for contacting their choice of FFL and requesting them to email a clear copy of their FFL. We CANNOT track down your FFL paperwork and we cannot accept faxes. Please EMAIL the FFL to: sitekarmscox. All buyers in the state of Arizona must pay Sales Tax.
Insurance/Damage:
We take great care in packaging all our items. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping carriers and on occasion, shipping damage does occur. If damage does occur, you must save the damaged shipping box and file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Most carriers will require photos of the damage(s).
