Description:
This RARE 1921 dated Luger (Pistole Model 08) survives in remarkable condition. The original finish remains largely intact with minor holster wear showing on the high edges. The straw-colored small parts retain excellent color. The grips appear period original but are not numbered. The mag. is a wood bottom without numbers or markings. All other parts have matching serial numbers.
Notice the proof marks on the right side of the frame: “E/ArA4, Dove/WaA4, E/ArA4”, correct Weimer period markings. A unit assignment mark was applied to the front grip strap. It is “1 / J. R. 6. 37”. The back of the frame above the lanyard ring is marked “1.37”.
This is NOT an imported Russian capture gun, no rust and no pitts. Its’ excellent condition suggests it saw limited service in the Weimer period and perhaps in WWII as well. Most likely a G.I. bring back. The bore is excellent, and the function is flawless.
This is an exceptional example of a rare Weimer period 1921 dated luger with unit I.D. Markings. This provides a great research opportunity and an addition to the finest collection. 9mm with a 4” barrel. Serial Number 2063a

SHIPPING:

Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address. Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address. Some states have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NJ and NY.
A signed valid FFL license copy either mailed or emailed will be required for shipment to only the license address.
Antique firearms, pre 1898 do not require a Federal License. For purchase, a copy of a Government Issued Identification (Driver’s License, Etc.), showing date of birth and current address will be required.
GUARANTEE:

Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation the gun is functional and safe to fire. These guns are sold for collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged. If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made. Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded. All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
PAYMENT:
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 3% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address. This information can be phoned in, or E-Mailed. All orders must be paid in advance, C.O.D. orders are not accepted. Checks, both Bank and Personal must clear before the order will be shipped, usually a 2 week delay.
LAYAWAYS:
A 20% deposit is required. Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 30 days. Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX:
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in state purchases. The payment of other states sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyer’s responsibility.
