This 1942 dated Italian Air Force 9mm Corto (380ACP) pistol is in fine condition. The 3 3/8"" barrel has a very good bore with strong rifling and light to moderate firing wear. The gun has approx. 95% of its wartime blue finish with high edge wear and gripstrap wear. The left side of the slide is marked P. BERETTA - CAL. 9 CORTO - Mo 1934 - BREVET over CARDONE V.T. 1942 XXI (the date repeated in Roman numerals with the base year being 1921). The right rear of the frame is stamped with the Air Force eagle. The right side of the slide and frame have the serial number, F84575, and the right rear of the frame has a boxed inspection stamp with UA over 47 inside. The black steel lined plastic grips, with the circular PB logo at the bottom, are excellent with no cracks or chips. It is equipped with the correctg finger base magazine. The action functions correctly. Don't miss this very nice WWII Italian Air Force Beretta Model 1934.
